Stovetop Istructions: Place 1/2 inch of water in a skillet and heat to a simmer. Place sausage in skillet and heat for approximately 6 minutes. Remove sausages and drain water. Add 1-2 Tbsp. vegetable oil to pan and heat for 1 minute. Place sausage in skillet and saut about 3 minutes, rotatinglat least once until lightly crisped. Grilling Instructions: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place sausage directly over heat. Heat for 5-6 minutes per side, turning frequently to prevent burning. Microwave Instructions: Place sausage in microwave-safe dish, add 1/2 cup water and cover. Heat on high 1 minute per link until sausage is hot throughout. Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time. |
