1. Pea Puree
The green peas are a potent source of nutrition, loaded with Vitamins A and C, iron, protein, and calcium. Both fresh and frozen peas with no added ingredients are food for silky, sweet puree.
Method:
Cook proper amount of washed peas in a steamer for 3-5 minutes or until tender. Drain peas and rinse with cold water. Then puree in a food processor or blender until smooth. Add water as needed to reach desired consistency.
