13. Edamame
Edamame is a tasty, nutritious legume that's also extremely low in calories. It contains significantly more vitamin K and folate than other beans. In fact, if you eat a whole cup of edamame, which is roughly about 155 grams, you will get around 52% of the recommended daily intake for vitamin K and more than 100% for folate, two important nutrients for weight management.
