Back in the 1980s, McDonald's tried to get into the Italian food market by serving McSpaghetti. They also had a lasagna and fettuccine alfredo option, in case spaghetti wasn't your thing. However, customers weren't sure how they could eat this on the go, which was one of the biggest selling points of fast foods in the 80s. The dish flopped spectacularly in the U.S., but it is still available in some countries like the Philippines.
